The 6th annual ART OF RECOVERY: THE HUMAN JOURNEY show is now completed and artwork is ready to be picked up at Northern Lakes CMH. (Artists please go to the 2nd floor and ask at reception.)

This year's event was our best yet! Literally hundreds of people came to our open house reception and saw the show at the Inside Out Gallery through the rest of the month.

Many artists participated, showcasing their journey of recovery through art, and many connections and friendships were made which we hope will continue into the future. Whether it’s mental illness, substance abuse, grief, loss, domestic violence, divorce, physical illness, we all have struggles sometimes and it's wonderful to realize that we are resilient people and we are all in this journey together!

Many thanks to Mike Curths at the Inside Out Gallery for graciously hosting the show and providing space in the gallery for a whole month.

Check back early next fall for the 2013 submission guidelines and forms. The 7th annual show will open on Wednesday, November 6, 2013!
