Northern Lakes CMH contracts with R.O.O.C., Inc. in Roscommon to provide employment and skill training services for its consumers with developmental disabilities. R.O.O.C., Inc. is a nonprofit corporation governed by the C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District (ISD) Board of Education. The name is a reflection of the primary counties served by the ISD: Roscommon; Ogemaw; Oscoda; and Crawford. R.O.O.C., Inc. also provides services to individuals residing in several adjacent counties as well.
