September Virtual Series on Thursdays
Everyone is invited! Every Thursday in September, beginning on September 9, we will host a one-hour virtual program from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on a topic on good mental health and featuring the myStrength health and wellness app that Northern Lakes provides to the community as a free benefit to all. Anyone and everyone can sign up for a free myStrength account HERE.

The Virtual Series will take place online, on the Microsoft Teams platform. To attend, you will need a smart phone, computer, or tablet, and the event link. For the best experience we recommend you also download the Microsoft Teams app (application) on your device, although it is not necessary.
