May Mental Health Awareness Month

May is National Mental Health Awareness Month and the Mental Health America theme is More Good Days Together.

This year’s theme — More Good Days, Together — encourages us all to reflect on what a “good” day looks like, both for ourselves, and for our communities. Together, we can use that insight to connect people to the right support at the right time, and shape advocacy, education, and community engagement to make more good days possible for all.

VIRTUAL WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

Part of the activities include a two-hour virtual wellness experience on May 20. REGISTER HERE

This idea about this virtual experience is that wellness is not achieved through a single change or action; it’s built on intentional, consistent practices that can lead to more good days. Explore simple, practical ways to support wellness and build healthy habits that last. Join in for guided chair yoga, reflective journaling, and calming breathwork activities that support both mind and body. This event will also offer insights into how lifestyle choices — like what we eat and how we structure our time — impact our emotional well-being.
