In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Northern Lakes Community Mental Health (NLCMH) and North Country Community Mental Health (NCCMH) are proud to present the 4th Annual #Tools4Resilience Virtual Education Series, designed to empower individuals with tools to support mental health, build resilience, and foster well-being.
This free, eight-part webinar series will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday in May from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., offering participants an easy way to invest in their mental health during the lunch hour. Each session will feature expert insights, practical strategies, and the opportunity for attendees to engage directly with mental health professionals during Q&A discussions.
This year’s theme—“Turning Awareness into Action”—echoes the national message for Mental Health Month.
Mental health professionals from both organizations will share practical tips and techniques, insights into specific mental health issues, and strategies for promoting self-care. After each presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with the speakers.
