The MI Choice Waiver program provides a wide range of home- and community-based services coordinated by a Supports Coordinator to ensure participants are able to remain as independent, healthy, and safe as possible within their own community. It is a less costly and preferred alternative to nursing facility care that allows people to get the support they need in their own homes.
